Stop complaining. People aren't here just to make your life easier. So what if he didn't? It's his pass, he can use it however he wants; it's not like posts here are a binding legal contract. And if he did, maybe the system's stil processing it, or perhaps he still plans to but hasn't done it. My advice: if someone is going to give something to you for free, it isn't your place to complain about how expediently he will deliver. If he will, he will, if he won't, he won't. If he wants to, then good for you, if he doesn't, wel then, just wait for some other altrusitic spirit to come by here and give you free stuff.
