pretty bad ass.

it really holds itself up as a top of the line fighting game. it's great.

nothing to complain about. everything is good. Just as good as the old games, characters are even a little more balanced...

but as it comes with all fighting games, button mashers can ruin the experience for you. Cause, as balanced as the game play is, certain characters have the advantage when the player gives the controller a continuous mashing of YYYYYXXXXXXBBBBB while holding forward and occasionally making a combination lol... it can be a frustrating game.

but for a soul calibur novice, it's good that the game is playable like that. otherwise you'd never play long enough to get good at it.

anyway... this will be my new vice for a month or so.

anyone else have the game?

oh... damn, soul... there's no D in there... and mods wanna change the title to the proper spelling for me? soul calibur... I feel dumb now haha

i want to pick up this game though,but cant because im saving for resident evil 5.80 so far,waiting for a collectors to go up for reserve.and when ur bored of sc4,i can take it off your hands :P

I don't have it, yet... I'm thinking of getting it, I remember playing some of the older versions, and it's a pretty fun game.

yeah, if you like the old ones you'll like this one just fine.

The story mode is extremely short and doesn't have much content to it, other than a few characters following you as a tag partner and for each character the very end is different.

maybe it's a better game for renting though, I can see how a lot of people would get bored with this game.

It's not my type of game. I'd get bored with it after finishing the story mode once or twice.

everyone seems to really hate yoda online. I can tell why though. he can't be grabbed in any way. Making a lot of powerful moves useless when fighting against yoda.

Idk about you guys but I really didnt like soul caliber playing as yoda and getting beat up by a chick not to mention shes a freggin ai either I suck or yoda sucks Idk
