Personally, this was 1/4 of what I wanted to see out of the secondary release for Guitar Hero. With Guitar Hero IV, it would have been the perfect oppertunity to come out with Guitar Hero IV: The Big Four. For non-metal fans, that would be Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, and Anthrax. That much sheer awesomeness would have compelled me to but it. Well, no longer! I know they're going to fill it with some Load, Re: Load, or St. Anger crap. That's where they went mainstream, and yes, Guitar Hero is mainstream. So what if they put Number of the Beast or Raining Blood? If they can release an entire game based on Aerosmith, that makes them mainstream. Thanks a lot, Neversoft, for killing all hopes that Guitar Hero was going to get better song choices, not worse. You'd think songs like Laid to Rest, Hangar 18, Through the Fire And Flames, etc. would herald more good song choices in the future. *sigh*
