halo 2 PC

okay i have halo 2 for pc up and running but i can not find a cd key to play online. Do you know where i can find one for free. I didnt torrent the game i bought the game from Iran and the single player works fine but it didnt come with a CD key which is dumb. I mean the whole reason to buy Halo 2 is basically for the online play. Please someone help

I have Halo 2 for Vista, and it requires a CD key just to install.

also getting a cd key for free would be piracy which we do not support here at zB. So if you don't have a CD key you are pretty much out of luck. Be more careful where you buy your software man.

Don't feel bad man. There are LITERALLY less than one hundred people playing Halo 2 for Windows Vista. I have it myself, and there are so few people, finding a game is actually difficult, even in the server list.

And it sounds like you got a pirated copy. To install, or even PLAY, you'd need a key. They probably just got a cracked version and put it on a disc. Can you take a picture of the CD and post it here?

So basically I paid like full price for a game that i could get for free just by using a torrent right? I mean for a torrent you download the game but dont have a cd key but when buying a game you get a cd key and the game. Wow what a waste of my money. i am so pissed!! That was the only reason i bought the game was for multiplayer.

The version of the game you got, sad to say, yes. But don't worry, like I said, the MP sucks. There are LITERALLY less than 100 people on it, ever. So don't feel bad, you're not missing out on anything in there.

Find a better game to play. Halo 2 on PC is not really a good game.

Get Team Fortress 2 for the PC, that game is a blast. Call of Duty 4 is my personal favorite =)
