I'm a fan of this 2 game series, was anyone else? I really liked how you got to rebuild the cities in the game, i thought that was awesome. They also had a really good weapon upgrading system, once again I thought that was awesome too.
They were working on a third Dark Cloud game, but they stopped it for Dragon Quest 8. I would have like to seen what they would have done with it.

I've played the first one.

It was suppose to be the "Zelda Killer" for the PS2.
Big dissapointment there, personally.

I didn't care for the randomly generated dungeons.

I borrowed it from a friend, I beat the first dungeon and that flying boss.

And did half of the second jungle dungeon and lost interest.

Dark Cloud 2 looks different though, I may pick it up if I ever see it in a bargain bin at Gamestop or something.

I'm a fan of steampunk.

I like the second one a bit more, but the first one is really good.
Building the towns is a lot of fun.

Disliked the first one but I loved the second one.

Dark Cloud 2 had a great design, sound, gameplay, videos, story and more.

The whole package was just freaking awesome. The one game I was a little sad to give away.

They were working on a third one, but they canceled it because they wanted to focus on Dragon Quest VIII
