Yeah, and theres the problem for me. It is not built for any specific type of people, but instead trys to apply to everyone. Sure, Nintendo's 1st party games maybe steering towards the casual market, but other devlopers are making 'hardcore' games fro the Wii. I mean, look at upcoming titles like Mad World, The Conduit, Fatal Frame IV, a fully functional version of Call of Duty: World at War with MORE features than the 360 and PS3 versions, and a port of the 360 classic Dead Rising with no stripped content, aswell as titles already in stores like No More Heroes, Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles. There are games for the competitive crowd, they're just over-shadowed by all of the shovelware other companies are putting out.
