Default Psp broke

help i dropped my brother psp and now i turn it on and the screen goes black but the green light is on and someone Help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

maybe you broke a connection loose, tho i bet you have some internal hardware issue

Sounds like what happened to my PSP (black screen while on). I think it's bricked. Sorry.

nah a brick is just another way of calling your psp an expensive paperweight. any unrecoverable hardware or firmware failure is called a brick.

bricked psp... you can restore it if you have a CFW PSP also... making pandora battery+"magic memory card"... other than that.. your doomed.

Run thats all to do with firmware.


And people the guy has "DROPED" the psp so its a harware propblem, its most likely the screen cable has come loose. Its possible to open it up and just push it back in.

well sometime dropping it can mess up the software/firmware... just try replacing screen then.. if that don't work then either hard ware died or firmware bricked.

special screw drivers and probably connection might not be lose... its pretty easy to open it if you have the right stuff.

I REALLY doubt it is bricked...

Does it still make sounds?

You may have just knocked or snapped something loose in there.

I'm unfamiliar with Sony's warrenty policy.. they may repair it for a nice fee.

Yeah it sounds like your screen connection came loose. Like others said, play around with it and see if moving the buttons while it's on to see if it makes noise.
