its impossible for me to narrow down to 5 favorite games of all time but i will list a whole bunch of notables in no particular order.

zelda: a link to the past (nes)
secret of mana (snes)
metroid (nes)
vectorman (genesis)
chrono trigger/chrono cross (snes/ps1)
panzer dragoon (saturn)
quake (pc)
command and conquer series (pc)

I like Dawn of War, but quit playing it when I stopped collecting Warhammer, which is about 2-3 years back. Haven't tried out the Dark Crusdade yet... And there's a Warhammer MMORPG coming out some day soon, and it looks hell-a-sweet.

Hmmm, I'd say the best game of all time would be Starcraft, aside from that, my favourites would be Quake 2 and Quake 3. The other two spots would be Mortal Kombat or Street Fighter series. Nothing beats Starcraft on any level. :p

TimeSplitters ( multiplayer has virus a.k.a. "WHo gOt AiDS?")

Those are a few of my favs, Pokemon was tight back b4 they added like 300 more, the original 150 were all they needed.

lol i gotta admit, if i had halo, i would put it in my super last place, those game sucks.. even pokemon is better than halo to me.. rofl

I kinda agree with this and I kinda don't. Halo is enjoyable with a bunch of friends. I do think it's very very overrated compared to BETTER games such as Call of Duty 4. Even Gears of War is better than Halo 3, 2 and 1 combined.
