questions for all psp owners

Ive been out of the psp scene since my psp bricked on sept 2 2006, and now that ive heard about Pandora i'm getting back in.

1. videos no longer have to be in that MAQXXXXX format correct? if so then do they have to be in separate folders like 100ANV01?

2. has the music function got any better? will it now automatically separate artists and albums by metadata, or is it still folder based? if it is still folder based, does it allow a folder inside a folder? because it used to only allow 1 folder deep.

3. If anyone has Saw 3 and Monty Python and the Holy Grail in psp format can you upload it.

4. I've got a Diablo eboot for psx, does the eboot, by itself, not in a folder, go into GAME(or GAME150)? should it just select and go in 3.52 m33?
