Be careful, since all the apps used are 'freeware.'

They're not the best I've seen, but they're watch-able.

If you use Firefox, you can get an extension called "VideoDownloader" for free to download videos from most places (YouTube, Google, etc). From there just use any converter to a format you want and viola, free video's with no shareware programs.

i posted this in another thread, but it's makes sense here, too. i found this plugin for ie: http://sourceforge.net/projects/zunemytube/. it places a button in your toolbar, and all you do is click the button to get the video from youtube, google videos, and msn soapbox. it downloads the flv file, converts it to wmv, and saves it in a folder in your my videos folder. i like it a lot.

I downloaded ZuneMyTube, and I successfully snagged some FLV files off YouTube, but they are not converted to avi files. I thought the software was supposed to do this automatically. Do I need to download something like Super?

Yes if it saves in Flv format. Zune won't convert that. Zune converts MP4 and and several other formats to AVI to play on the Zune.

Thanks. Are there any reliable freewares for FLV conversion out there besides Super? My computer seems to reject it.
