Well it's really easy and simple
first go to youtube find any video you want to download (ex. music videos, trailers, etc.). second copy the url (ex. http://youtube.com /watch?v=UzAXKdNYuUE) third go to vixy.net paste the link in the bar and chose the format recommended mp4 for your zune. fourth hit the start button and then finally download the file. reasons i like it is you don't have to download nothing else and it's simple. you have the choice of downloading their program which is in beta still but it's quicker because while your converting you are downloading the file and in the website you convert then download. cheers and sorry for my bad English ![]() Last edited by sk8er209 : 06-04-2008 at 04:49 PM.

Even though somewhere else on here they already put out the way to do that this is the first time I saw the tutorial on how to download youtube videos. I truly appreciate it though and it does sound simple, but I hope this vixy.net doesn't charge any money. p.s. your English is fine by the way.

Hm, I might use this instead of DownloadHelper (an addon I found for Firefox).

I've been using vixy for awhile and I've usually used it to get simple sound files and it's worked wonderfully, but recently I went to start picking up all the worthwile Youtube videos. I got them all synced up nice and fine, but when I try to play them. They are chopping and randomly flash with a previous frame or sometimes a random green-screen frame. I'm not sure whats going on. Out of 7 videos downloaded, 1 plays with no errors, 1 plays with only one instance of glitchy screen. And the other 5 are flashing uncontrollably for the entire video. I don't know whats going on with it. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, that would be helpful it would be great to hear!

how about the firefox 2 plugin unplug that lets you download any embedded media in the page. or you can get real player and youl have a convinient button on the video to download it. then i use 3gp converter, which is also free, to convert it to mp4. yay freeware!
