Yeah, I do have that problem too. The game still goes on even when my life has run out

Default Clock!!!

Hey all,
I'm not sure how allowed this is but I took the liberty of adding a clock to this program which I'm pretty sure makes it officially the first clock for the zune Strangely mine seems to be on Alaska time but whatev. Enjoy.

P.S. sorry for the style of the link but it won't let me post one and I couldn't give the program any other way.

Actually... even before this.. there was ways to tell time on the zune.

WOW thanks alot.. the clock hack really works for me.

BTW... you should really remove your private data from your download.

eg. your name : Mark

date of creation: 2008-05-08T02:10:56.1584574Z

Would you like to share your method of implenting a clock to a game?

I have everything installed properly. So, I open up Visual C# and click "Open Project". I then select the .sln file for either game and I get the following error:

hxxp://img158.imageshack.us/img158/8908/errorfb1.jpg
*Change the x's to t's in the link - Cant post the image directly because I registered for this error and it says I need five posts to post a pic*

Anyone know what to do?

Why do I need to copy those 2 files from ZunePad to Alien Agressors folder? Is that for only 4/8/80 gb? I have a 30gb, so I don't have to do that????

the ZunePad folder is only required for zune 4/8/80 if you want to use the touchpad.. if not.. then nothing is required.. zune 30 only needs the first one.

New zune game. In the zune games section of the forum. I have downloaded but not deployed it yet

edit: Now I have. It was a little different from the others but i got it on here. Its just like the others but you are not stuck on the bottom of the screen. Also you can not shoot sooo its like stay alive. Has music and sound effects but weird background. I cant tell what it is..

At least more are coming.

i have my zune device recognized and there is a "games" option that i can go to.

You need the Segoe UI font installed on your computer
Go google it or pm me and I'll send you a link to it.

sure, you can see it in my code under Game States/MainMenuGameState. I basically just added another menu item with the clock information the zune already has and has readily available. My changes are in the Update function and MainMenuGameState constructor. (Also it's possible and really easy to just add whatever number to the hour part of the clock to make it your local time and the zune also stores date info)
