THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I am so happy I got it to work. I am glad you actually responded back, because i would be sick after 19 pages. I cant wait to get a lot of games on it now (I just have one). I just want to know one thing, is it normal for the zune to shutdown when I quit the game? Thanks again!!

yes, this is normal right now since this games on zune is still beta version. Maybe the final release version won't do it...

Default by x64 you mean a 64 bit computer right?

because i had no trouble installing c# and the xna program on my old windows xp but i just got a new tablet pc and it has 64 bits instead of the usual 32.... is this the problem? i could install everything but when it comes to connecting my zune to c# it gives me this error message "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click quit, the application will close immediately" any ideas?

Well if you notice the big red bold letters in the first post and the many reminders in the thread you will see that it doesn't work with X64. So yes that is the problem.

Hey runtohell121, I know that there is an error when using 64bit, but do you know why that happens? It doesn't bother me to much since I have one computer with 32bit, but my main computer is 64bit.

Anyone wanna try to figure out a way to make it work on x64? It's probably just a little driver thing that needs one click to fix.

Yes. there is a way. Download vmware, install a 32bit operating system in your 64bit operating system. Then follow this guide in the 32bit operating system.

If you don't know what I'm saying, then you're better off waiting until the games are officially released.

Actually I build PC's in my spare time so I know exactly what your talking about

Thing is going into a virtual OS is quite the bother just to get games working....hm..I KNOW! I'LL GET GAMES FROM MY 2 OTHER PCS! LOL!

Forgot I had other PCs! I'll just use them! Thanks for making me remember that...wow...

I found the solution to the error "System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

Download .NET Framework 1.1 and install it.

im having a bit of a problem with the xna program
1. the first time i installed it it took over an hour to not even get 1/3 of the way there
2. when i cancled that time i tried again and it took almost a half hour that time but it finished completly, but never worked right it closed itself the instant it started
3. i reinstalled it and now its going on 45 minutes and only 1 red bar has appeared it is still on the "installing games for windows - LIVE redist" step
anyone else have this happen to them? and if so any help?

I am sorry if this question has been asked and answered before, but would I be able to substitute Microsoft Visual C# 2008 for Microsoft Visual Studio 2008?

Edit: I found out that it does.

just go try all the games yourself, some people might not like some games that you might like.
