Isn't this the samething as remote assistance or remote desktop preinstalled on windows xp pro and windows vista except the two programs preinstalled in the OS are easier to use and more reliable. Also, the two programs does not need to be used in administrator account. If you're experienced, you can turn on your computer remotely and use it on demand.

This is alot easier than setting up remote desktop. This is different than remote assistance, you don't need to be at the computer to accept.

I probably used the remote desktop too many times. Maybe that's why i found it to be so easy.

I use LogMeIn all the time because its convenient, theres no need to hassle with open ports, or IP addresses or DNS updates. I leave my computer on all the time, so if I need to access it, I just use LogMeIn. I also use it to troubleshoot my friend's computer problems and for remotely shutting down or stopping downloads.
