Sync your Zune using MediaMonkey and zAlternator - Page 10

I'm sure this has been answered (don't feel like looking through 9 pages before bed) but does this method work with firmware 2.5? I am sick of the zune software and want to use WMP.

EDIT: nevermind... I just found out that, indeed, it does still work with WMP, even though it is semi pointless (still need to open zune once per zune sync to the computer)

please verify VERSIONS...

i got zune 2.5 and this crap hasnt worked... and i think the moderator should realy realy edit the forums playing field to utilize the effectivity of this tutorial thread... please ive been trying to get rid of the zune software use for a long time now.

if i could get any help... ( the hdpatch just doesnt work says to email some dude or come here wherever that is // zalternator gives me 3 versions to choose from and doesnt go any further than that )

im getting aggrevated and if anyoen could help me out i would greatly greatly appreciate it.

Has anyone tested zalternator with the new firmware?

EDIT: I tried zAlternator with the new firmware (3.0)... it doesn't work :-(

I hope theres an alternative some day.

yes this was a huge f'in disappointment to me because I just bought mediamonkey gold because I was sick of the zune software and upgraded to firmware 3.0 right before I did this mod. I hope there is a fix.

i am using windows media player and it is telling me that it is in use or the proxy is wrong can you help me? or will media monkey fix this?
