My dad had that exact fake chinese mp3 player, until I got him to get a zune. Anyway if I saw anyone with that nano, I'd laugh my head off.

You know, if that first chinese one didn't say iPod/Apple on it, I might consider trying to find one, I mean two headphone jacks, a camera and a sd slot?

But the original fake ones are crap.

Trust me, it's crap. The camera takes crappy pics despite the fact that it is a 1.3 megapixel camera. What I did like about it though is that it can play NES games.

This is actually making a lot of sense to me now. I don't think this is a 3rd-gen nano at all. Today Toshiba(Who makes the flash storage and HDD storage for iPods) announced 16-GB and 32-GB SD cards/Flash Chips. Since there is no real proof these shots are real, I'm probably wrong.. But what if these "leaked shots" are of the 6th Generation Flash-Based-iPod which will be replacing the current HDD based 5th-Gen iPod. The screen looks the same size as a current 5th gen iPod, And it would make sense to use a smaller clickwheel if they are trying to shorten the device... Until now, Flash memory has never been an option for a device such as the iPod which needs enough storage for Videos, Pictures and Audio files.

Nope...well, you're half-right
4 models are expected to be released around Sept. 18th. 2 iPod Touch models (80Gb and 160Gb) integrating iPhone technology including the touch screen interface and OS X based operating system (not sure if they'll be HD or flash based). A new iPod 'Nano' (if that's even what they'll be called) that will basically merge the current iPod video and nano lines (this is where you were kinda right) and finally an expanded shuffle with more memory....

But it's all speculation so you may be correct after-all...yensed, check out the link I put in the "iPod Touch"
