H264 files

What is the best, preferably free, program to convert H264 to Divx? I have a ton of football games that are in H264 and that does not help me much. Any help is appreciated.

Just curious as to why you want them in divx format. You do know the zune doesn't play them, right?

well the real reason for divx format is that is what i use on my computer, and I might want to put the games onto DVD's later, I will probably try to get all Arsenal and Barca games onto DVD for future watching enjoyment.

Really. I scanned it. I have seen nothing. Hmmm. No one else seems to have had a problem with it. Maybe you got it from something else.
