Come on Kent, you don't even mention the other way?
Display SProperties-Desktop-Customize Desktop-Web-New Paste the website URL in the box, hit OK. You can have as many website as you can fit, they will automatically synchronize every so often. Then on your desktop if you hover over the webpage, you will get a menu so you can move it anywhere over your desktop, or maximize it or resize it. It is integrated into your background, and when you have it perfect, you can lock them in place. It pwns any and all of those dock-bar/sidebar things I have ever seen.
