To do this, just open Notepad and insert the following text:

Code:

<html>
<body>
<iframe src="<website of your choice here>" width="100%" height="100%">
</iframe>
</body>
</html>

Then save the file as a .html file. Then, just go into display properties and select the .html file like you would any other backgroun and click apply.

Works as a really good joke on friends if you set the background website to http://you.justgotowned.com.

Display SProperties-Desktop-Customize Desktop-Web-New

Paste the website URL in the box, hit OK.

You can have as many website as you can fit, they will automatically synchronize every so often. Then on your desktop if you hover over the webpage, you will get a menu so you can move it anywhere over your desktop, or maximize it or resize it. It is integrated into your background, and when you have it perfect, you can lock them in place.

It pwns any and all of those dock-bar/sidebar things I have ever seen.
