Downgrading from vista to xp Help

Hey, I just wanted help with downgrading from vista to xp. Im not a beginner with computers, im actually sorta experienced. I would just like a step by step definition on how to downgrade back to xp. I hate vista and I really need help. Please take the time to help me. Thanks for your help.

I would just back-up the info that you need. And go ahead and reformat and do a clean XP install.

Why would you hate Vista you know you will have to upgrade someday might as well just get used to it. If you really want XP again though just pop in that XP disk and do a install it.
