What browser do you use?

New poll created as the old one had been edited after the fact thus skewing the results.

More options to cover every browser I could think of.

Minefield and Flock are separate from Firefox as Minefield is the alpha and advanced version of Firefox, some of us use it in lieu of Firefox as it is cutting edge and works. Basically, boils down to Firefox sans add-ons but with more stuff.

Flock is separate as well since it is developed separately. This is more about browsers than browser engines.

Epiphany and Konqueror are included because we do have some Linux users who might use them. Maxthon and Avant are included for the same reason but for some Windows users who might use them.

So, we have.

Now there should be a need to redo this poll barring some other group making a new browser that becomes popular enough to warrant a major change.

If you mark OTHER, state Other - (Name of Browser) without the () in your post at the very top.

Songbird's pretty popular but I doubt that it warrants a new thread.

I use Firefox 3, or 3.1b1 mostly, occasionally iron(chrome - google tracking stuff + adblock) or opera.


also, noticed a cool chrome feature. if you pull a tab out, if you drag the tab to either side of the screen, little boxes come up for it to take up 1/2 the screen, and the top maximizes it. just like windows 7

Mostly Firefox, Minefield (but really Shiretoko currently), Opera, Chromium, Maxthon and Opera Mini (desktop as well as mobile).
But also the following on UFD (possibly an incomplete list) : hv3, K-Meleon, Lynx, several alternative Trident-shells (besides Maxthon), Oracle PowerBrowser, OffByOne, Amaya, Act10.

Dabbled around with most of the browsers on en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_web_browsers and more than a few of the browsers on the evolt browser archive ( browsers.evolt.org )

Although the one feature I did miss(until now since there's an add-on in firefox) was speed dial.

I use IE, but at school I use firefox. That's because the IE @ school doesnt even have tabs
