I'm having trouble understanding exactly how the service works, but if grasp it, it seems like you upload the actual file (as opposed to the .torrent) and download via a direct download link or provided software.

Hm... So it's Rapidshare torrents?
Seems like a good idea, since sites like Rapidshare have gotten heavy on the download restrictions.
