hey i recently acquired my Samsung Glyde (and love it), but as with most phones, it has like NO memory. im looking for a micro SD card but i dont really know if i need something certain or not.

ive been looking at this one:

any tips?

*and just wanted to put it out there, sandisk is putting out a 16GB microsd card. W0W!

just get any 2gb for $5-$10 or 4gb Micro SDHC for $15-$25 if your phone can support SDHC that is.. you should just go randomly buy a cheap micro sd card and it should work fine.

16gb will be expensive? 8gb is like $25-$35 max i believe.. 16gb.. will be at least $100 when it first comes out

Probably not 100 dollars, I would just get the 4 or 8GB, I dont see a reason for more.

well it froze up one day and then didnt turn on. im still in the process of fixing it

8gb Kingston Micro SDHC for $20 is the cheapest ever I have found. can't even buy it in store.. i went to Fry's yesterday.. no $20 8gb Micro SDHC

best choice is to go with the $20 8gb

but thats probably before the 16gig was even released, so there was nothing above 8gig, but anyway play it safe like RTH said.
