I know I'll have to get fans and stuff.
But that Antec case comes with a 300W Power Supply.
I'm pretty sure that I'll have to get another one.
As for the power supply, does anyone have any suggestions for it?
Like, brand, wattage? I'd like room to expand. Maybe to two ATI 4870s..
*EDIT*
@RUNT, the two 4670s don't require external power. Meaning, I probably shouldn't need to get another power supply.

2 hd4850 is already enough lol it is small no need for big case.. which is currently $144 each at BestBuy if your using a 10% coupon (regular price $150 but you get a $10 gift card also so actually it is $140). power supply if your lucky, your local radioshack might have a thermaltake power supply for around $40 which is around 600w.

edit: well a 300w psu is too small though
edit again: heres the link Thermaltake Purepower 600W PSU
Visiontek HD4850 $150 w/ $10 gift card bonus in store or online.

Nice, but go intel instead if you're overclocking. I personally run my E8400 at 4.4GHz on air. With a Gigabyte P35 DS3L and Thermalright Ultra 120 eXtreme. All fans are hooked up to a Skythe fan controller, making my rig almost silent. Also, my 8800GT has a thermalright HR-03 GT on it.

Tricked, eh?

Intel is overpriced.
I like the AMD 9950 better.
Intel does have better mobile processors though.

well the price different is a giant problem most likely for people. I had to choose amd also over intel because of the price difference by a lot.

Benchmarks don't mean better. Real world is where it will count and Intel Quad is faster by using a two core architecture that combines two cores into one unlike the all four cores at once of the AMD.

Face it. All of this Intel versus AMD for CPUs is dead horse flogging. It doesn't make a difference which CPU you get because both are of high quality and performance that the difference is neglible to non-existent.

Plus if we always push Intel we will fail to see the advantages of AMD especially with its new embedded chip series designed for netbooks that uses less energy, runs without fan and run faster than the Intel Atom.

OR nVidia's new idea of combing CPU and GPU on a single chip with processing that crosses back and forth. That will provide HD video decoding at less power on a processor the size of a dime.

OR S3 Graphics new GPU series that intends to increase the GPU power of netbooks and notebooks.

Technology fanboyism is unbecoming a tech. enthusiast.

Woah.... now Gow no need to smack the monkeys ass here all I said was the the Core 2 Duos where better. The rest of the chips are fair game. I probably should have specified though on the testing I dot take much stock in those either. I put that link up mainly for the gaming section which I would assume is the purpose of his rig. I also understand that a CPU is not as important as the GPU with gaming, but then again a C2D CPU can have a much lower clock speed than a Pentium. Since Pentiums are comparable to Phenoms it does make sense to say that it does make all he difference. Just for one game in particular (This is the only one I have actually looked at specs for) Is Crysis Warhead. It requires a 2.2Ghz C2D while it requires a 3.0 or 3.2Ghz. I also know that there is no true quad core Intel, but honestly who the hell cares if its performance that matters? I know that Pentiums are not quad core but the new budget C2Ds are what are to be considered Pentiums (Lower cache ect...). So saying that there is no difference is silly. For now the phenom is safe but will be outdated sooner than the Core 2 Duo.

all of the c2d and amd cpu will be outdated very fast, new technology always comes really fast. you can never keep up with all those new technology especially with cpu and gpu. almost both companies are trying to make their cpu into a energy efficient cpu along with good power which is starting to happen, like intel atom dual core is being released pretty soon. amd is just much more cheaper than c2d, while intel c2d cpus are most likely overprice just because it is just a little bit more better than amd, not by whole bunch. cpu for benchmark isn't all the answer.
