As far as cable goes, it'll be nice, because those downloading illegally will be cut down, and on cable that means faster internet. 250 GB is an awful lot for a month's worth of downloads, even legal downloads.

If i continue to get the zune pass I am very concerned for the limit. I used 50+ GB this month and I can only see that expanding. My dad works at home and uses are Internet for a VPN to the office. Him using GBs of data a day, I can only imagine we will go over it someday. It just really concerns me because we have to have the speed we have so he can work from home. So if we get kicked off Comcast then we are stuck with DSL and with him driving a hour to work daily.

Why would I use comcast again and ditch Verizon FIOS? I don't hate my 20 / 5 speed and no networking shaping THAT much.

At first I was scared I would break 250 a month, But after getting an internet monitor I discovered i only use about 2gigs a day. So I do think this will be good.
When does this get implemented again?

Wow... The United States is spoiled.
The maximum bandwidth cap here is 90 GB, and that is the person pays $50.00 per month for their Internet service. Right now, my bandwidth cap is 60 GB per month. So unless Comcast users are paying $75.00 or more for their Internet service alone, I think they should cap the bandwidth to about 150 GB.
