My iGoogle. It's flickr so click each for more detail then click on "All Sizes" and it will make it full sized (1280x1024).

That is neat.
I'm too lazy to make my own, I just use google.com as my homepage.

Too lazy to screenshot, but I use the theme that matches the time of day to the zip code you set (night time is dark, daytime is light, sunset is orange, etc) and then I just have my email and RSS feeds in the middle.
