Compress BAT files into an extractable exe?

Okay, so I'm customizing my desktop and whatnot, and I see that a program to remove the Safely Remove Hardware icon is actually an compressed exe containing an exe, bat, and reg.

Heres the site with the file:

When you download the hidesrhi.exe, right click it, and you will see that it has an option to extract the contents. im looking for a program that will let you compress files, along with alowing people to extract them. Would anyone know any possible ways to achieve this, and/or any programs?

Try opening a command line, cding to a directory with a rar file and an exe in it and running
cp exefile.exe /B +rarfile.rar /B outfile.exe

See if it gives you the results you want.

Wait, are you just trying to hide the icon? If that is the case, I think there is a registry edit you can do to hide it.

EDIT: Oh, and if you are running Win7, you can just tell it to hide it.
