Simple game creator

I'm not sure if this is in the right forum btu here goes. Would it be possible to make a program where you can insert your own image and backgrounds and give them properties. People who arent good with code like myself could really use this to make some zune games. If it's possible that would be great but if not then we're out of luck.

For Zune Games, that'll be next to impossible.
There are so many of these(for computer games), I don't even know where to start.

i really want to learn and seb i think it was told me to look somewhere and i found it and read it but i am more of the type of person that learns a lot easier and faster if someone was actually showing me how to do it in person or on a video. are there any you-tube video tutorials that could show the basics? that would be really helpful. (hint hint for anyone that is good at programing and has spare time)

THere's plenty of them, just do a youtube search.
