I cant upload on torrents for some reason once it hits seeding. it stops all together. I'll get fine speeds up til then, but then it just stops when i hit seeding.
using utorrent 1.8.2 on XP

Are your ports forwarded correctly?
forwarded correctly, and it's set at 250% or 300 min.

Maybe your ISP is blocking seeding...
Do you have encryption enabled?(Options>Preferences>BitTorrent)
Try setting it to enabled and checking the legacy connections box.
