help please!!

I have A 30Gig Zune and a song is paused and I can't play anything, music, video, or view pics. I can go through all the artist list and anywhere alse I want to including play games. I just can't continue playing any songs, and when I plug into my pc it will charge but Zune does'nt know it plugged in. Any help would really be appriciated. Thanks Joe M.

Have you tried a soft reset? You hold the Back and Up buttons. Though, if you've played any community games (i.e. the ones that make it restart) it should have the same effect.
