i would just like some basic info on these outputs on the back of my CPU, sorry the pic is naff but you can kinda see.

what do you need to know, they are all 16th inch audio adapters, headphone jacks.
when you buy a surround sound system for your computer all of those outputs should color match with one on the sound system. Providing 2.1 to 5.1 digital surround sound. |

I am not sure about a Television based audio system, computers are made more for
A Home Surround sound is usually comprised of a receiver which pulls the audio from a the red, and white,(RCA, Composite) audio cables. but because your computer doesn't know the difference between digital surround sound and standard, it uses multiple audio cables to separate the sound into surround sound components through the sub.
