Windows key + R.
Brings up run window. Type in "CMD" or "cmd" without quotes. Hit enter. Brings up command prompt window. Navigate to the base folder you want to delete. I.E. the very highest folder in that tree, the one that is closest to C:\ without extra names. Type in: rmdir Name and hit enter Name = Name of folder, if name has spaces put it in "quotations". Don't do a rmdir Windows or rmdir C:\, only use rmdir on the folder. Reply back if it worked or do we need to figure out another workaround.
