So I'm In The Market for Parts @_@

Alright I'm basically interested in purchasing some new Parts for my PC specifically a new Video Card (and other things probably).

Here's the Computer I got now;

RadioShack.com - Computers: Desktops: HP Pavillion Slimline s3300f Desktop PC

I really don't want to hear the issues around it, or that it's bad or anything. At the time I bought it I just needed something to handle my Music and Browsing. However I've become more interested in playing some games now and again.

I'm just looking for things that would allow me to play somethings like CSS or WAR and probably Team Fortress 2 (and Left 4 Dead). Just stuff like that.

Upgrade you graphics card and that should tie you over.

I never stated my question. What should I be looking for, like I really don't know parts in this case since I never buy Computer parts.

Like what should I get? Graphics card wise?

problem is your computer will only fit Low Profile Video Card. the best one out for Low Profile is a Nvidia 9600GT from Galaxy.

Something with 512Mb or more Graphics cardwise, It doesnt matter brand really.

you choosed the wrong computer to game with actually to be honest, slim computers video card are expensive.

Originally I never planned on gaming with the Slim. The only part of the Slim I liked was the Wireless.

The $130 isn't so bad, since it beats buying a new computer which I can't do now.

Plus it won't be for heavy gaming, just maybe a round of Counter Strike or something.

for counter strike, you don't need the 9600gt thats for sure

go with either 9400gt or 8500gt lol cheaper is good enough for old games, but for call of duty 4 and crysis at medium/low settings, 9600gt is the one you will choose. not much choices for a slim pc.

i have a dell c521 slim pc.. thats why i know about this stuff lol
