After that, just move your theme into C:\WINDOWS\RESOURCES\Themes

If you can't figure it out, just go buy TuneUp Utilities 2008, or if you happen to like evil companies like Stardock, you can get WindowBlinds. TuneUp will easily take any .msstyle file and make it work, plus all the other stuff it can do. I reccomend it, personally.

TuneUp America - TuneUp Utilities 2008 WindowBlinds is only $20 for their cheapest package, but I don't think it supports .msstyle files and it doesn't offer the full suite of tweaks that TuneUp offers. Also, Stardock is evil. TuneUp isn't. You can steal TuneUp easily. With Stardock products, stealing them could screw up your computer because they frquently come up with defenses against cracks that mess with your computer. But you wouldn't steal, would you?
