Ok I have finally gotten through all of the other problems with my PC and now there is only one more in my way to gaming. When I boot into the BIOS (I have yet to install an OS) and save the settings, it brings me to a screen asking for me to insert a booting device. I am assuming this means an OS DVD/CD, since I know for a fact everything is recognized (I checked the BIOS). Once I get this far it usually shuts down without any beeps after the "Bad sector" message shows up. The fans are all working I only have 1 stick of RAM in and the 4 pin connector is unplugged and there is no extra metal loose in the case. The mobo is installed properly and all other cables are installed correctly. So all I need to know is how to fix this bad sector thing. Do I just need to reset the CMOS?
Mobo: BIOSTAR TForce TP43D2A7 CPU: Q6600 PSU: GameXtreme 600Watt OCZ RAM: 2GB OCZ 1066Mhz DDR2 HD: Seagate 300GB GFX Card: 8800GTS

The manual usually has the CMOS reset switch or jumper location. Look at your manual for a CMOS switch but before you do, look at the number it displays on the board if it has a little LCD CMOS error code, match it up to the one in the book. If your manual doesn't have this information, then you will have to do a little investigative work by looking for a small tiny switch or little jumpers (black plastic connecting metal protrusions) and reset it. Though just resetting a CMOS might not get rid of the problem.

Reset and power are not the switch but just the switches to reset and power on the computer. The CMOS switch is usually near the end of the board
See the big orange thing on the upper right side of the board (to the right of the SATA connections)...up and to the right slightly is a little jumper on some metal connections, move the jumper, power on to reset the CMOS, power off, and place jumper back in its original spot.

I thought they where the power things but I just wanted to verify. I feel as if I am a complete nub and on this board there are a few things in that general area you specified. Can you tell me some colors? and I will post up the manual for my Mobo.
Download Here * EDIT * Disregard that last message I found it the online pdf is better than the regular manual.
