what C++ IDE's would you recommend for xubuntu and XP? I'd prefer that the linux one runs xfce instead of gnome, but if that is not an option, then that's ok.

I don't know much about IDE's but I've used NetBeans at school for java, I know it works on Linux, Windows, Macs, and Solaris. I think it has C/C++ and I'm pretty sure it runs Gnome.
