Default Sennheiser Warranty

This is now the forth pair of headphones that have stopped working before even reaching 6 months of use. Its the usual problem one bud stops working.

I've got the CX300's on the case(which ive still got incased this happened) it says theres a 2 year warranty.

Does anyone know how I can use it because theres no instructions on how to, i'm in the UK by the way.

Thank you.
