IP Problem

Everytime I try to download a file from Rapidshare it tells me my IP is already downloading so it doesn't allow me to download the file. The problem is im not actually downloading so why is it telling me that.

Are you behind a router/DSL Modem?
If so, model/make if you can find them.

Yes im using a BT(UK ISP) wireless router. Its ADSL

Ok click start and goto run and type "cmd" and type "ipconfig", there should be a "Default Gateway Address", put that address by itself into IE and click Go, looking to enable IP Passthrough (also called DMZ), that will fix the issue.

I tried that earlier but all that happens is the window flashes and closes.

There should be an option to turn firewall off and enable direct connection to the public IP instead of the assigned DHCP IP, odd. I'd call them and see what they can do X_X.
