help please..
hi,
i am having a problem with any of my browsers (IE and firefox) they dont display certain websites and whenever i try downloading something from microsoft website it doesnt let me and pops up this:  even does that in firefox, which is weird cuz firefox isnt IE and its only certain sites too.. also other problems, when i try to install like microsoft.net framework so i can get microsoft visual studio it fails and doesnt install.. can someone help me solve this problem?

Do you have up to date virus and malware protection and run a scan from safe-mode? It's usally good to rule that out first.

you need to see about your virus protection and whatnot,and delete cookies ect on your browsers.need software?id recommend avast virus protection,spybot search and destroy and adaware program by lavasoft

ok. yeah i have avira anti virus. but i havent run the scan in safe mode.. i also tried to get spybot S&D but it didnt install. i'll try it again. and i do have adaware from lavasoft and i'll run the scan.. thanks, hope this works.. edit: ok spybot just installed successfully so i'll run a scan and stuff
