Xbox 360 And AVI format

i have a converter called Xilisoft Ultimate and its a pretty good converter i like it alot,

and one of the special things about it is it lets you convert based on the handheld / systems that you want to watch it off of. Such as an ipod , and the 360.

And they have many options such as hd rips and just plain avi, and i know there are many avi formats and i was wondering what is the exact format that i need. I tried the formats they give me and none are working for me except the WMV but that takes about 2 hour for a 1 1/2 hour movie, which for me is pointless i could just watch it on a computer here is a screenshot of the software

so far i tried all the avi possible that are given option on the xbox part and there are other avi options on the other systems given any suggestion on which avi i should use?

So.. are you streaming the video from your computer to your xbox via a cable..? or do you have your xbox on a wireless network along with your computer, not that this would really matter. mp4(MPEG-4) will probably be the fastest convert, not necessarily the best quality.
