any1 know how cause i've tried encoding it converting it and putting it into the zune oftware but nonw of that works
Can anyone help? plz

All I did was add the .mp4s that I had on my iPod to the Zune, and it worked just fine.

If they are Mp4 and you have a Zune 30 (4 or 8 as well), you will need to convert them to WMV just to save you the time of having it sync/convert.
