Better Video Quality?

So on the 4th of July, I recorded our local fireworks display, but, the quality and the sound isn't so great (My camcorder sucks)

Can I fix this?

Unfortunately, No. You cannot generate quality that isn't there.

like lighting and sound may be altered alittle ( using some video software ) but not too much so it will look amazing, just maybe watchable but thats about it.

Wait a year and buy a better camcorder :/
or you can go frame by frame and make it more defined, I dunno.
