Default Can't Convert

I just installed the zune software on my friend's xp 64bit computer with the SZIP installer. I'm trying to convert a bunch of his movies and shows to get them on my zune, but I can't get any converter to work. Everytime it just takes a couple of minutes and gives some kind of error. Anybody have any idea what I should try?

What converters have you been using and what settings did you input? If the preloaded Zune setting doesn't work in the converters that have it, try manually inputting the parameters. I'm sorry, but I don't know them off of the top of my head, so you'll have to look.

Go here for numerous Zune type video converters.

So far I've used SUPER, any video converter, and encode 360. I might have tried a few of the other one on the link you mentioned too. I don't think its the parameters that are wrong since I have used the same converters on my laptop without any problems. I'm wondering if anybody else with a 64bit processor has had this problem?

Why did you use the SZIP installer? Was there something wrong with the regular installer for 64-bit computers?

Can you use the 64-bit installer on Windows XP?

Also, could you tell us what error it gives you?
