can i transfer tunes from my media plyr 2 my zune?

Do you mean sync the zune with your media player?(not Zune Software)
Yes you can, with Zalternator, but I'm not sure if it works with 2.5.

Do you mean from your old DAP to the Zune? If you can get the music off the old DAP, which is highly likely unless you have an iPod, then put it in a folder that the Zune software can see and update.
