DLO TRANSDOCK SHUTS OFF

Help...bought the DLO Transdock for 2nd generation 8gb zune, did everything as instructed, but every time I try to play a song thru the fm channel I selected, the Zune shuts off, tried changing to numerous fm stations, same problem, other devices work in 12v outlet so that is not the problem, contacted the vendor I bought from, and he said to contact zune support, all the others he sold work. Any ideas anyone, thanks?

If you bought the Transdock locally I would first try taking it back to the store. So if another one does the same thing. If so, then its either your Zune or all Transdocks in general.

Its the Trans dock. Dont bother calling in zune. You will void warranty and then they wont help you. Its not a zune official product. Demand a refund
