Error 1402 while Dling Visual C#

i get that everytime i try to install it, my username does have administrator access, i tried logging in as an administrator and the same error occurs

I went into regedit and looked at the permissions and it was all on allow

What am i doing wrong =[

try using ccleaner and trying to install it again

Try googling to see if anyone else gets that error. Most likely if you have got that error, other people have before too.

yeah i used ccleaner and tried again, didnt work

googled it, there was only like 1 solution which didnt work
