[SOLVED] Visual c# 2008, XNA etc Problems

Okay basically i downloaded everything and my zune is detected by the device center, the zune is all sorted but basically everytime i try to open a game (open project- select the .csproj file) a thing pops up saying:

'Project 'Alien Agressors [zune]' could not be opened because the microsoft visual C# 2008 complier could not be created. QueryService for '{74946829-37A0-11D2-00C04F8EF4FF}' failed.'

Then another thing pops up straight after i press ok on the other saying:

'One or more projects in the solution could not be loaded for the following reason(s):

The application for the project is not installed.

These projects will be labeled as unavalible in Solution Explorer. Expand the project node to show the reason the project could not be loaded'

Also everytime i try to create a new project a box pops up saying:

'Project blah blah could not be opened etc etc (same as first one)

Also i don't know if this means anything but on the 'Visual C# Developer News' bit it says
'There is no content avalible yet. Content will be downloaded once a connection to the internet is established'

Also i'm not sure what this means but look at the pic and it'll show my internet thing,

Also i'm using a laptop and wireless connection
Also i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and the got the same problems,

Anyway help would be great, thanks in advance

Do you have csc.exe in C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v3.5

That is the Visual C# compiler.

Do you have any beta release of .NET Framework 3.5? Uninstall and reinstall the current 3.5 framework.

Yeah, i uninstalled and reinstalled just to make sure, the csc.exe is there and it's the current 3.5 framework, still exactly the same
