Lol, I've got a Compaq with a bucnh of upgrades &Vista Premium and I get blue screened somewhat often. Can't help ya, though
I get teh page fault in nonpaged area thing

If they put the Vista key on the bottom of the notebook like they did mine. I would format and install a fresh copy of Vista. Just ensure you download drivers for the network and graphics before you do just in case Vista doesn't automatically set it up because it needs drivers for it. After that install what you need and disable stuff according to the Vista guide we got working here:

The trick is getting a retail Vista disc or "Anytime Upgrade DVD".
