Where do i download torrents to?

I got into demonoids.com and i want to download some music. When i hit download it says i can either download to: then i can pick something, i pick ares, which is a p2p program, but it sucks!my downloads never start, and if they do, they dont finish. Where is another place i can download my music to. Or can i click save to disk, is it faster/better?

Thats how torrents are. You need to look for torrents with large amounts of seeders.

Also, you should setup port forwarding.

You'll need to have a good seeding ratio in order to download at good speed.

Demonoid has recently restarted, you should look at other places to get your music for the time being, till all the people come back in force

Try changing the settings on your torrent client.

Some of them are for different clients than the Ares that you use, but they still may be applicable.
