You can remove DRM by using a DRM Remover Program.

No, you cannot put the iTunes software on the Zune device.

Tracks bought from the iTunes store need to be converted through a DRM removing program, like Jon said.

Tracks without DRM (i.e. ripped CD's, downloaded songs from the Internet) can play on your Zune. No need to convert.
