I'am having troubles it says SYSTEM PACK 2 needed

I'm not sure what this system pack 2 thing is. does anyone know what it is or if I can download it? The software doesnt work on my computer it says that i need it to use zune software.

I'm guessing you have Windows XP?
And the software does require Service Pack 2.
